Roly porky S.Wine Publika

There's this supermarket in Publika, but not the ordinary one.

Ben's Independent Grocer, 

claimed to be an absolute playground for every foodie.

Products they have are imported, got a bit puzzled at first when I got in as

 I didn't see any brands that I'm familiar with. Brilliant one by the brilliant BIG Group.

Anyway, this post is not about the supermarket, but the cafe located in it.

Greeted by piglets and Broadway lights; 

Was wondering why there is a dot in the name, if you haven't figured it out yet:

Swine indicates pork, Wine indicates ... wine.

So, S.Wine is all about pork and wine!

Huge menu at the entrance; Waited almost 45 minutes for a table,
 so you better make reservation before going to avoid doing nonsense like we did.

My latte seems ordinary, but there's wine inside! Priced at RM8

Scallop-bacon bites [RM34]
Juicy scallop wrapped in crunchy smoked bacon

 with spicy tartar dip, heavenly combination.

Spaghetti Carbonara [RM26] With pancetta, prosciutto chunks and raw egg yolk.
Thought it would be filling but turned out to be just fine :)

Star of the night:
Whole slab of sticky ribs with chips beneath and sided with coleslaw [RM80]

Sorry for the bad shot, the guys couldn't wait to dig in. And the knife is to show how big the ribs are.

Okay they didn't do it very well, and I don't know how did the coincidence happen.

S.Wine is definitely highly recommended, cheap price for the quality and portion.
